Riverfire is on tonight, but I am home with a sick child 
Riverfire is an annual Brisbane festival that culminates with fireworks on the river and (for the last time this year) features a drop and burn by a RAAF F-111 (apparently, as they are being phased out, we don’t get our fun anymore).
Dave has taken photos of Riverfire each year and this year is determined to get a good position for his shots – he’s left home at 9am to camp out for the day so he has a prime position at 7PM.
The kids and I will watch it on the tv.
